This policy explains how X-Gate handles personal information in the XGate app, listed on Google Play as Royal X, and on the website x-gate.net. X-Gate is a product of Persa Technology Ltd., 2306-1288 Georgia W - Vancouver V6E 4R3.

How your information reaches us

XGate is used by people who are authorized by their organization. We work directly with organizations, so your information is referred to us through them.

What the app collects, and why

• Name and phone number, to provide the app's features to you.
• Approximate and precise location (optional), used only to verify your identity within your organization. We do not save your location data in any database.
• Bluetooth access, used only for authentication within your organization.
• Voice or sound recordings (optional), to provide the app's features to you.

We use this information only to run the app for you and your organization.

Sharing

We do not share user data with other companies or organizations.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit between the app and our servers.

Deleting your data

You can delete your account from the app's settings: choose Delete Account. See Delete account for what that means. You can also ask us to delete your data by writing to support@x-gate.net.

This website

x-gate.net has no forms, no accounts and no analytics, and it sets no cookies. Our web server records each request (your IP address, the date and time, the page, the page that linked you here, and your browser's user-agent string) to keep the site secure and working, and deletes those records after 14 days. The site is delivered through Cloudflare, which processes the same technical request data. Links to Google Play take you to Google's own service and privacy policy.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
