Deleting an account in our system is a complex process due to the nature of our platform. As we directly interface with organizations, your information is referred to us through them. Therefore, to permanently delete your account you can use the app’s settings and select Delete Account.
Please note that once you delete your account, you will not be able to access the app again without contacting our support team via [email protected].
